Sarah Nectoux

Sarah Nectoux is a PhD candidate at the Institute for Culture and Society, Western Sydney University. Her research focuses on everyday technology and space practices by people from disability from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds and its impacts on mobility as capital. She previously completed a Master of Research where she looked at the cultural spaces of young adults from Indian and Chinese backgrounds in the City of Parramatta. Her research interests include the urban lived space in policy making and planning, counter-mapping, urban data and technology usages in the city.
