Elizabeth Gimbad is the project management coordinator at SRI-Mas (The Malaysian Agroecology Society for Sustainable Resource Intensification), a non-profit organisation working with communities on farmers’ health and sustainable food production. Trained in anthropology and development studies, her research interests are food, agriculture, rural development, ethnicity and indigenous identity. Elizabeth is a graduate of the Western Sydney University’s Master of Research program. Outside research, Elizabeth is a content creator for Centaur Games. Her short fiction has featured in anthologies by Malaysian independent publisher, Fixi Novo. Elizabeth is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is of indigenous Kadazandusun and Chinese descent.
